Bottled Up

Sometimes my emotions get the better of me, but I hardly ever let these kinds of things show. Still, the stress of holding back can wear me down at times.
This is a haiku dealing with that feeling.
As you probably noticed, I used a different style of haiku than usual. This one includes six more syllables at the end of the traditional 5-7-5 pattern, each in groups of three.
Thought I'd mix it up a little.
